Move-In Policy
Please contact the Management Office at (847) 620-4400 to reserve elevator time for moves and deliveries.
A moving deposit is required for all moving into or out of a building. The moving deposit it $150.00 which is refunded in full if there is no damage to, or clean up required in the common areas. The check will be returned within sixty days if there are no damages reported as a result of the move.
Package Delivery and Pick up Location
Packages delivered from UPS, Fed Ex or USPS will be dropped off at the management office and can be picked up anytime during business hours.
